How to recharge

Step 1. Open the Habencall app.
Step 2. Tap the menu icon.
Step 3. Select “Recharge”
Step 4. Enter the amount you want to recharge and press “Confirm”
Step 5. Select your payment method, such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. N.B. The listed methods are only for International credits, the rest are linked with Kenyan banks only such as M-pesa and AirtelMoney
Step 6. Confirm your details and complete the payment by pressing “Proceed”
Please make sure your payment information is correct to avoid delays or inconvenience.

What is Balance transfer?

A balance transfer is the transfer of the balance from one account to another haben account. It is most commonly used for family and friends to share their balance with loved ones.

To use it, simply put the the person’s number you want to transfer and the amount and hit confirm.

How to invite to friends, family and loved ones?

Click on invite and select a method of sharing from the different types of platform.
Let’s say “whatsapp” and select to numerous friends to share with and the download link will be sent automatically to them and they will be able to download easily.

What are the rates?

It shows us the rates of the listed countries before we make calls, you don’t need to keep checking the rates because when you dial to the person habencall will automatically show you the rates.
